During colder months, they often stay frozen even longer.

There is a slight chance your egg whites may arrive completely thawed and warm to the touch—this does not mean they are spoiled. Our packaging is designed to maintain product safety and integrity during transit.
🧊 What To Do Upon Arrival
- Place the bottles immediately in the refrigerator and allow them to chill for at least 24 hours.
- After refrigeration, pour a small amount into a glass and smell it:
- A slight salty odor is normal (due to natural sodium content).
- A rotten egg smell would indicate spoilage (though this is very rare).
Please do not discard the product solely based on its temperature at arrival. Follow the steps above to ensure quality before making any final judgment.
