1 serving protein powder, chocolate or vanilla
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon sugar free chocolate chips
3 tablespoons egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Stevia or other sweetener, as needed
Directions
Spray a small bowl with nonstick spray. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Microwave for 75 seconds.
