American Goulash

1 onion, chopped
1 package explore Asian pasta or spaghetti squash
1-12 oz can diced tomatoes
1-32 oz can tomato juice
1/4 cup reduced-fat parmesan
2 green bell peppers, diced
2 lbs 96% lean ground meat


  • Cook onion and bell peppers until translucent. Add in meat and cook until done.
  • Get pasta started in a big pot cook them according to directions on package, drain and set aside.
  • Add everything together in pasta pot in 1 pot and simmer for 30 minutes

  • Serving size: 1 - 1 1/2 cups is a serving
